Registration is now open and you can register your team of 4 online by visiting our website, www.cbhospice.org. En
Your registration fee includes the following for each player:
-Light Breakfast for our AM teams
-Lunch for all teams
-1 entry for the golf simulation contest (NEW! to this year's tournament)
-2 Mulligans
-1 Door prize ticket
-Entry for Long/Accurate Drive
-Closest to the line (#4)
-Longest Putt (#5)
-Closest to the hole (#8, #12)
This year, you will have the ability to choose between the AM (8:00) or PM (1:00) tee time. Tee preferences will be honored first come, first serve, as space allows.
Community support from fundraisers such as our "Get Away & Play" golf tournament allow Cypress Basin Hospice to deliver quality, end of life care, to all hospice appropriate patients regardless of their ability to pay. Your contributions stay here in your community, providing care to your neighbor.
